Oxana Timofeeva
This is not that

The book contains essays, philosophical diaries and notes of recent years. These are observations and reflections on what is happening to modern society. The philosopher writes about love and sex, work and depression, power and knowledge, registering his own "here and now" in real historical coordinates and asking not the most familiar questions: how are war and pornography related? what would Hegel say about the law on foreign agents? Can a virus kill God? what are the cats stomping about? The events of big history — the pandemic, wars, politics — are embedded in the chronicles of private life with its small joys and troubles and turn into a concrete lived experience.

The book was shortlisted for the special award "Political Enlightenment" of the "Educator" award.
